Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SlamFunk. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple returns process.


Return Policy:

  • Return Window: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the returned item back.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at returns@slamfunk.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Return Label: We will provide you with instructions for sending the items back. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  3. Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and let you know the available options.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with returning the item and either issuing a full refund or sending a replacement.


Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Personalized Items: Any items that were customized or personalized are also non-returnable.
